高校图书馆行政管理工作的问题及对策

高校图书馆行政管理工作存在应对复合型图书馆到来而准备不足、人力资源不足、经费投入不足、管理方式落后等问题。针对这些问题,高校图书馆应制定原则、明确目标,加强人力资源管理,规范管理制度、加强经费管理,加强自动化办公能力,做好后勤服务管理,开展科学管理研究。

Nowadays, university library is changed into a compound library. There exist a number of problems in traditional university library management, such as lack of preparation, inadequate human resources, funding short- age, backward management and so on. In order to solve these problems, the university library should formulate prin- ciples, make a clear goal, strengthen the management of human resources, funds and ability of office automation, standardize the management system, make a good logistics management and carry out a scientific management re- search as well.
