消极修辞,它的表达法式是抽象的、概念的、理智的,它要达到的表达效果是明确、通顺、平匀、稳密,公文的语言特点正好与消极修辞的目标相吻合。因此,在教学中可以以此为基点有效地整合词汇、语法、写作的知识来培养学生的公文写作能力。

Negative rhetoric＇ s expression is abstract,conceptual and rational. Its effect should be clear,smooth, uni- form and stable,while document language features are just consistent with their objectives. Therefore,effective inte- gration of the language features with vocabulary,grammar and writing knowledge should be promoted in order to cultivate students＇ ability of document writing.
