摘要
本文运用CAE技术建立了车厢骨架的强度刚度有限元模型,计算得出该骨架车架在多种工况下的强度值以及扭转和弯曲刚度值,结果证明满足材料的屈服极限要求。因此不仅掌握了车厢骨架设计中的薄弱环节,也保障了该装备顺利完成各项性能试验,并通过了设计定型。
The finite element model of tracked emergency ambulance frame is established by CAE technique, the strength,torsion,and bending stiffiaess are calculated under a variety of conditions, and the comparison of the data with the material yield limit indicates that the design scheme can meet the design requirement. The weakness of the frame design is discovered, the performance test and the typical experiment of the equipment is finished smoothly.
