摘要
目的探讨自体骨椎体成形术对损伤腰椎生物力学特性的影响。方法 9具尸体腰椎标本分为正常组、椎体压缩骨折组、自体骨椎体成形术组,分别进行生物力学测试,探讨损伤腰椎力学特性的变化。结果自体骨椎体成形术能改善损伤腰椎的稳定性,但与正常椎体相比尚有差距,呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论自体骨椎体成形术部分改善了损伤腰椎的生物力学稳定性,应与内固定系统联合运用。
Objective To study the biomechanical effects on the injury lumbar spine with vertebroplasty by autogenous bone grafting. Methods Nine cadaver lumbar spine specimens were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal group, fracture group, and fracture with vertebroplasty by autogenous bone grafting group. Data of the rigidity and stress were recorded and analyzed. Result Vertebroplasty by autogenous bone grafting improved stability of the fracture segment obviously (P〈 0.05), but it was still more instable than normal segment (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Verte- broplasty by autogenous bone grafting can provide stability partly, but it should be applied combined with internal fixation.
