试论独立学院社会体育专业人才培养的困境与突围策略

On the Plight and the Solution of the Cultivation of the Social Sport Major in the Independent Institute

就独立学院社会体育专业人才培养的现状和问题进行了阐述与分析,得出我国独立院校对于社会体育专业的人才培养定位和社会市场需求之间无法形成等式的关系,造成该专业的人才在毕业后的就业存在严重的问题,需要全国各个独立院校进行相应的一些课程体系和培养目标定位的修正,进而能够改变目前独立学院社会体育专业人才培养所面临的困境。

This paper makes an analysis of the plight and the solution of the cultivation of the social sport major in the independent institute. It finds that relevant modification in its curriculum should be made to solve the problems in the employment of social sport major students.
