摘要
针对高职院校以就业为导向的办学定位和高技能人才的培养要求,高职体育教学必须从传统的、沿袭本科体育教学的模式中转变到与职业教育相适应的轨道上来。构建以岗位能力需求为核心,以综合职业能力培养为主线,多种组织形式并存的体育教学新体系,是高职院校体育教学改革的方向。
This paper makes a study of the job-oriented construction of physical education in vocational colle- ges. It finds that physical education should shift from the traditional mode and should establish the new mode that is job-oriented.
