急性冠脉综合征患者冠状动脉疾病的严重程度与平均血小板体积的关系探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的评估急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者平均血小板体积(MPV)与冠状动脉疾病(CAD)严重程度之间的关系。方法纳入286例ACS患者,CAD严重程度采用Gensini和Syntax评分进行评估,MPV采用全自动血液计数仪进行测定。结果高MPV与Gensini和Syntax评分、CAD支数、冠状动脉中重度病变数,冠状动脉轻度病变数密切相关。多元回归分析显示,高MPV和高龄是多发性CAD的独立预测因子。ACS患者的MPV水平与CAD的严重性呈正相关。结论 MPV是ACS患者冠状动脉粥样硬化严重程度的可靠预测因子。 Objective To assess the relationship between mean platelet volume (MPV) and the severity of coronary artery disease (CAD) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods A total of 286 patients were enrolled in this study. CAD severity was assessed by Gensini and Syntax scores. MPV was assessed with the automated blood counter. Results High MPV level was closely associated with Gensini and Syntax scores, CAD number, slight, moderate and severe CAD numbers. Multiple regression analysis showed that high MPV level and advanced age were in- dependent predictors of multiple coronary artery lesions. MPV level was positively correlated with CAD severity in ACS patients. Conclusion MPV is a reliable predictor of the severity of coronary atherosclerosis in ACS patients.
