舒适护理在腹腔镜子宫切除术患者中的应用

Application of comfortable nursing in patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy

目的探讨舒适护理在腹腔镜子宫切除术患者中的应用效果。方法将60例接受腹腔镜子宫切除术的患者随机均分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者实施传统护理法,观察组患者实施舒适护理法。比较术后2组患者的舒适度和对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者的舒适度优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在腹腔镜子宫切除术中的应用,可有效减轻患者痛苦,提高患者舒适度,促进患者康复,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods 60 patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy were randomly and equally divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was conducted with conventional nursing, while the observation group was conducted with comfortable nursing. Level of comfort and satisfaction level of nursing work were compared between two groups. Results Level of comfort in observation group was better than the control group, and there was statistical difference between two groups （P〈 0.05）; Satisfaction level of nursing work in observation group was significantly higher than control group, and there was statistical differcnce （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of comfortable nursing in patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy can effectively reduce the sufferings of patients, improve patients＇ comfort level, promote the rehabilitations of patients and improve the satisfaction level of nursing work.
