摘要
目的总结5例氨气中毒合并肺水肿、角膜化学性烧伤患儿的护理方法。方法对氨气中毒合并肺水肿、角膜化学性烧伤患儿采取有效正确的护理措施,包括保持呼吸道通畅、雾化吸入、眼部护理、心理护理等。结果 5例患儿全部治愈,未遗留后遗症。结论激素、抗生素有效治疗配合正确的护理,可提高氨气中毒患儿的救治效果,减少后遗症。
Objective To summarize the nursing methods for 5 ammonia intoxication children with pulmonary edema and corneal chemical burn. Methods 5 children were treated with effective and proper nursing measures such as maintenance of smooth respiratory tract, aerosol inhalation, eyes nursing and mental nursing. Results 5 children were cured without any sequela. Conclusion Hormone and antibiotic treatment as well as proper nursing can not only improve the therapeutic effects in ammonia intoxication children, but also reduce the sequela.
