老年功能性消化不良的心理评估及护理对策

Psychological assessment and nursing measures for elderly patients with functional dyspepsia

目的评估老年功能性消化不良(FD)患者的心理状态,并探讨相应护理对策。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对FD组38例和正常对照组41例研究对象分别进行心理评估。结果 FD组SDS、SAS评分均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);FD组SCL-90量表中躯体化和强迫的因子分高于正常对照组(P<0.05),抑郁和焦虑的因子分显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论老年FD患者容易发生抑郁、焦虑等不良心理反应,有必要加强相关护理措施。

Objective To assess the psychological status of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia（FD） and explore the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods 79 elderly patients with FD were divided into FD group （ n = groups were evaluated by Self- rating Depression and Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL - 90）. Results significantly higher than control group （P〈O. 01 ： 38） and control group （n = 41 ）. Both of two Scale （SDS）, Self- rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） Both of SDS and SAS scores in FD group were ）. Scores of somatization and obsessive- compulsive factors of SCL- 90 in FD group were higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）, and scores of depression and anxiety factors of SCL- 90 in FD group were significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Elderly patients with functional dyspepsia are prone to depression, anxiety and other adverse psychological reactions, so it is necessary to strengthen related nursing meaStlreS.
