摘要
目的利用红外热成像系统对健康成年人进行肝脏体表对应区体表温度及其对侧对比区体表温度测量,分析相关部位体表温度分布特征,从而获得正常成人肝脏体表对应区体表温度的正常范围。方法利用国产红外热成像仪(TMT2型)对151名健康成年男女进行检测,分别采取面向探测仪正位、左侧45°位、左侧90°位、右侧45°位及右侧90°位5种体位。采集肝脏体表对应区和对侧对比区的红外热分布图,利用仪器自带热图像分析处理软件分析结果。计算正常成人肝脏体表对应区平均温度,比较男女肝脏体表对应区温度及肝脏体表对应区温度与其对侧躯体对比区体表温度间有无差异。结果①正常成人肝脏体表对应区温度范围:正常成人肝脏体表对应区平均温度在36.40~37.30℃之间,以左侧45°位显示的探测区平均温度最高。②男性肝脏体表对应区温度为36.90~37.48℃,女性肝脏体表对应区温度为36.80~37.40℃,男女肝脏体表对应区温度差异无统计学意义。③正常成人肝脏体表对应区最高温度、最低温度及平均温度的平均值分别为37.86℃、37.15℃和36.33℃。对侧躯体对比区体表最高温度、最低温度及平均温度的平均值分别为37.41℃、36.86℃和36.27℃。肝脏体表对应区温度与其对侧躯体对比区体表温度相比,其体表温度(最高温度、最低温度及平均温度)为高,差异有统计学意义。结论①正常成人肝脏体表对应区的温度高于其身体对侧的对应区域的体表温度。②肝脏体表对应区温度男女间不存在差异。
Objective To measure the shell temperature of the hepatic region and the heterolateral region of the normal adult by infrared thermography technology,and analyze the characteristics of the distribution of hepatic region shell temperature,to obtain the normal range of hepatic region shell temperature.Methods 151 healthy adults were given examination by infrared thermal imaging system,in anteroposterior position,left anterior oblique position,left lateral position,right anterior oblique position and right lateral position respectively.The infrared thermal distribution maps of the hepatic region and the heterolateral region were acquired and the results were analyzed by the thermal imaging processing software built-in the system.To calculate the mean hepatic region shell temperature,compare the difference of hepatic region shell temperature between the male and the female,and compare the difference of shell temperature between hepatic region and the heterolateral region.Results ①The mean of shell temperature on hepatic region ranged from 36.40 to 37.30℃.②The highest mean temperature was 37.15 ℃ which was acquired in left anterior oblique position.The shell temperature on hepatic region of the male was 36.90-37.48℃ while the shell temperature on hepatic region of the female was 36.80-37.40℃.There was no significant difference between two of them.③The highest,lowest,and the average of the shell temperature on hepatic region of the normal adults was 37.86℃,37.15℃,36.33℃ respectively which were higher than those of the heterolateral region(37.41℃,36.86℃,36.27℃).The differences were significant.Conclusion ①The shell temperature on hepatic region of the normal adults was higher than the heterolateral region.②There was no difference between the shell temperature on hepatic region of the male and the female.
