In this paper we first prove that the sequence of the Grünwald interpolatory operators based on the Tchebycheff nodes of the second kinds is not L2 - convergence operators sequence,then a kind of quasi- Grünwald interpolatory process and lts rate of weighted L2 - convergence are presented.
