摘要 目的:观察自酸蚀粘接系统(G-BOND)应用于牙颈部楔状缺损修复的临床疗效。方法:将62例患者、174颗患牙进行随机分组,试验组采用自酸蚀粘接系统,对照组采用全酸蚀粘接系统。观察治疗后1周、6个月及12个月的疗效,并采用改良的美国公共健康部制定评定系统(USPHS)[1]进行疗效评估。结果:试验组在术后敏感程度与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05),而在边缘密合度、继发龋、充填体脱落、牙髓病变及牙龈炎症等疗效上两组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:G-BOND自酸蚀粘接剂临床疗效与全酸蚀相似,但操作更简便省时,应用于修复楔状缺损效果可靠。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of self-etching bonding system G-BOND on the cervical wedge-shaped defect reparir. Methods: 62 patients (174 teeth) treated in the department were randomly divided into the experimental group that adopted self-etching bonding system (G-- BOND) and the control group that adopted the total-etching adhesive system. The efficacies of these treatments after 1 week, 6 months and 12 months were observed and evaluated by the improved assessment system set by the U. S. Department of Public Health (USPHS) . Results: The postoperative sensitivity of the patients in the experimental group was significant that of the control group (P〈0.05) ; while, there was no statistical difference in the ly better than efficacy as far as the marginal adaptation, secondary caries, filling mass loss, pulp disease and gingivitis were concerned (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The G-BOND self-etching bonding agent has the similar clinical efficacy to the total-etching adhesive system, but its operation is easier and timesaving, and it is reliable in repairing the wedge-shaped defect.
