城市建设并非单纯的物质空间概念。随着当代中国社会步入全面转型期,社会体制观念的变革正深刻影响着城市建设的方方面面,成为城市建设必须要积极应对的背景。本文主要从国家与市民社会的新型关系,政治经济体制改革,行政管理体制改革等不同角度分析了体制观念变革对城市建设的影响,旨在呼吁作为空间创造者的城市建设工作者,跳出以往纯物质形态的思维模式,加强对社会现实问题的关注与思考。

Chinese society is going through the stage of deeply changing. Urban construction is not just a spatial activity; social structural reforms have a great influence on all aspects of urban construction and become the important background that urban construction should adapt to. Through analyzing the influence on urban construction from the different perspectives including new relationships between nation and civil society, political reform, economic reform and administration reform, the paper aims to appeal to urban planners, architects and administrators who create the urban space to change the habitual thinking mode and put an emphasis on social problems as well as substantial forms.
