稀奶油脂肪快速检测方法

摘要 研究了稀奶油中脂肪快速测定的检测方法。通过准确稀释定容,将脂肪含量高的样品稀释为低脂肪含量的样品处理液,将稀释处理液,依据GB/T5009.46—2003中盖勃法进行脂肪含量的检测;通过等比例换算得出稀奶油中的脂肪含量。结果表明,该方法与国标中规定的罗兹法同时检测稀奶油脂肪含量得出的标准偏差范围在0.005~1.770%之间,满足国标规定5%脂肪精确度的要求,同时方法操作简单,结果准确,适用于乳品企业进行稀奶油产品中脂肪快速检测的需求。 single cream fat rapid determination of test methods.
