摘要
通过研究样品的处理方法、选择分析谱线和消除干扰因素等实验,建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定水泥中氧化镁的方法,克服了利用常规化学法测定水泥中氧化镁的工作量大、步骤繁琐等不足。经验证方法的精密度(RSD,n=6)为1.07%,回收率控制在89.2%～95.2%范围内,准确可靠,分析误差满足常规化学分析法的要求。
In this paper, ICP-AES method to detect the content of MgO in cement was developed. The sample pre-treatment, selection of analytical lines and interference elimination were studied. This method overcomes the disadvantages of the complicated steps and heavy workload compared with routine chemical analysis. The RSD （relative standard deviation） is 1.07 %. This method is accurate and reliable, the analytical error can satisfy the requirements of routine chemical analysis.
