摘要 本文对对数平均温差著名公式进行了正本清源的理论分析,指出了它的局限性和应用时要注意的问题,并在分析冷藏运输传热系统特点的基础上提出了计算非稳态过程平均温差的普遍解法.文中还对各种计算方法的精确度进行了对比,得出了相应的结论. This paper gives a theoretical analysis on the famous formula of logarithmic temperature-difference (which has been used for many years) for thorough-going reconsidering its basis and availability. And also gives cautions on using it, pointing out its limitations. On the basis of analysing the characteristics of heat-transfer system of refrigerated transport, this paper gives a univeisal solution for determining temperature-difference during unsteady-state process. In this paper, the comparison of accuracies of various solutions and relvant conclusions are given.
