一种基于开放式变压器的新型模块组合多电平变换器

摘要 本文提出一种基于开放式变压器的新型模块组合多电平变换器(MMC)。与传统MMC的两个桥臂电感串联连接在各相桥臂内以抑制环流不同,本文提出的新型MM C中,两个桥臂电感由变压器替代。该拓扑不仅可以抑制环流,同时可降低一半的直流母线电压,因此,与传统MMC相比功率开关器件的电压定额可降低一半。本文提出的新型MMC拓扑可应用于电机传动和输电系统,仿真和实验结果验证了该拓扑的可行性。
