在解读茶祖文化内涵的基础上,针对当前我国茶产业的特有现象,深刻地剖析了目前青年茶人所面临的文化传承和转型危机,提出当代青年茶人应弘扬茶祖文化,树立心忧天下、与时俱进、敢于创新的价值观,以促进中国茶产业的可持续发展。

This paper was in view of the current special phenomenon of tea industry in China, analyzed the cultural inheritance and transformation crisis faced by young tea people, based on interpreting the connotations of tea patriarch culture, to advocate the contemporary young tea people to carry forward tea patriarch culture, set up the values of caring about the world, keeping pace with the times and daring to innovate, to promote the sustainable development of Chinese tea industry.
