新型无机硅酸盐固砂剂的研究

摘要 制备了新型无机硅酸盐固砂剂,确定了最佳配方:m(无机硅酸盐)∶m(孔隙连通剂)∶m(增孔剂)∶m(增强剂)=(75~85)∶(6~8)∶(6~12)∶3。其制备的无机硅酸盐固砂剂的抗压强度达5.0 MPa,水相渗透率达1.12μm2,具有固结强度高、成本低廉、适用温度范围宽等优点。 A new inorganic silicate sand consolidating agent was prepared with inorganic silicate as the main material, and the optimum formulation of this sand consolidating agent was identified as follows: m (inorganic silicate) : m (pore interconnecting agent) : rn (pore forming agent) : m (intensifier) = (75 - 85) : (6 8) : (6 - 12) : 3. The compression strength of this inorganic silicate sand consolidating agent prepared according to this formulation can reach 5.0 MPa, its water phase permeability can reach 1.12 μm2, and it has the advantages of high consolidation strength, low cost and wide applicable temperature range, etc.
