城市过境环路规划要素分析

Planning Factor Analysis of the Traversing Beltway

本文针对国内大城市的过境交通问题提出一种基于城市环路的过境处理方法。在分析各种过境方式优缺点基础上提出合理的过境交通组织形式,说明过境交通规划应该与道路网形态协调起来。最后对环路规划中的各个要素进行了分析。

This paper tends to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various transport methods of passing through the territory of a city and commends the best, then nominates the notion of planning the traversing alleyway in the inhere beltway of the city, i.e. arranging traversing transport, in and out transport and short distant circle transport reasonably, so as to make full use of the function of the beltway. Finally, the planning factors of the traversing beltway are also discussed in the paper.
