摘要
分析了我国高级船员的供需现状及供需比例严重脱节的原因,提出了减少航海类人才流失率、正确定位航海教育、完善航海教育管理体制、增加航海教育投入、扩大办学规模、调整航海类专业学生招生与就业政策等对策。
This paper analyzed the current situation of supply-demand seafarers and the reason why the proportion of supply and demand of the senior crew disconnected seriously, proposed some countermeasures: reducing the qualified navigation personnel transferred to another post, confirming location of navigation education; improving the educational management system of navigation, increasing investment in education of navigation, expanding the scale of the navigation students and adjusting the policy of enrollment and employment.
