摘要
讨论了在以平地机作业为主的基层、底基层施工过程中如何控制好标高合格率的问题，着重分析了作业过程中影响标高合格率的各种因素，制定了相应的对策措施。
This paper discusses the problem of how to controlling elevation in basic unit and bottom basic unit mainly constructed by land leveler, and different factors which have influences on the qualification rate of elevation work. Then some countermeasures are put forward. the construction of meanwhile analyzes in the land leveler
