阐述了做好施工组织设计的重要性,分析了施工组织设计对工程成本的影响,并针对施工组织设计编制与实施过程中存在的问题提出了改进措施。

Starting with essentiality of construction organization design made by construction enterprises successfully,and getting across analyzing factors of influencing the organization design of engineering construction,this paper elucidates the influence for construction costs which has arisen from the construction organization design.Furthermore,this paper also brings forward amelioration measures on the existed problems in the process of the formation and enforcement of construction organization design.
