摘要
分析了我国公路上市公司股权结构、融资结构、董事结构的现状,提出了完善公司法人治理结构的措施。
Based on the analysis of present situation of legal person＇s structure in highway listed company, this paper gives some advices to improve legal person＇s structure in highway listed company.
