In china, the development of highway has made great progress in the last several years, and at the same time more and more highway-listed companies have been set up. These listed companies have made enormous contributes for the financing, constructing and management. However, some management problems have been found in these years. These problems need our deep studying. This paper discusses the problems with the help of some typical cases and gives some corresponding measures.
