摘要
提出了制定高等级公路合理收费标准的必要性,论述了制定高等级公路收费标准的原则,分析了影响收费还贷公路和收费经营公路收费标准的各种因素。
The necessity of drawing up the toll standard of high-grade roadway is pointed out. The principle of drawing up the toll standard of high-grade roadway is expounded. All factors influencing highway toll are analyzed.
