Enterprises Calling Fine Management

针对我国目前存在的管理粗放、忽视细节这一现象,比照西方先进企业在细节上追求完美的意识,指出对细节的忽视已经给企业经营带来了严重影响,认为提高企业经营水平、加强政府管理和转变经济增长模式都离不开对细节的关注和改善。同时,分析了管理者和被管理者忽视细节的原因,并对如何改变忽视细节这一现象提出了一些看法。最后指出关注和改善细节是时代的迫切要求。

In view of the phenomenon of raw management and overlooking details at present in our country, and compared with the idea of seeking perfect in detail in advanced enterprises in western countries, this paper points out that overlooking details have caused negative influence on the enterprises, and that enhancing the level of enterprises management, strengthening government administration and changing economic increase model are connected with the improvement and paying close attention of details. At same time, the reasons of overlooking detail of enterprises staff are analyzed, some proposes how to change the phenomenon of overlooking details are put forward. Finally, the paper expounds that it is the urgent need of our age to pay close attention on and improve details.
