摘要
研究了建筑渣土级配、压碎值、成份、密度以及细料和混合料的标准击实试验结果,分析了建筑渣土改性的原因和方案,通过不同配合比混合料试件的室内试验,从抗压强度、劈裂强度等方面,研究了水泥粉煤灰综合改性建筑渣土的力学性能;并与外加一定剂量水泥的建筑渣土混合料以及规范规定的强度进行了对比分析,表明用一定剂量的水泥粉煤灰可以有效地改善建筑渣土基层的路用性能,并提出了最佳配合比参考范围。
This article first studied the gradation, crush value, ingredient, density as well as standard compaction test result of fines and mixtures of the construction waste, has analyzed the modified reason and plan of the construction waste. Through indoor experiments in the different mix design samples, the paper has studied mechanical performances of the construction waste of cement fly-ash synthesis modification from the compressive strength, cleavage strength and so on, and has carried on the contrast analysis with the intensity of construction waste mixtures with the certain dosage of cements as well as the intensity stipulated by the standard. The paper indicated that certain dosage of cement fly ash may effectively improve road performances of the construction waste base, and proposed the reference scope of the best mixture ratio.
