摘要
应用运动学分析的方法对大功率履带推土机差速转向机构的工作原理及使用特点进行了讨论与分析。由此导出转向液压马达的旋转方向决定了推土机转向的方向,转向液压马达的旋转速度决定了推土机转向半径的大小,同时说明了差速转向机构具备转向轻便、转弯半径小、不需维护与调整的优点。结果表明差速转向技术比传统的转向离合器-制动器式转向技术具有较大的优越性。
This paper introduced a new type of differential steering gear equipped with heave-duty crawler dozer and analyzed its working principle as well as its special application by kinematics analysis. It is discovered that the revolving direction of hydraulic motor decided revolving direction of the dozer, and the revolving speed of hydraulic motor decided revolving radius of the dozer. Differential steering gear had more advantages of steering, smaller revolving radius and less maintenance. The results indicate that the differential steering gear had more advantages than steering clutches-brake steering.
