Thinking about the Problems of Taking over Use of Land in Highway Construction

分析了我国公路建设征地过程中存在的若干问题及其产生的根源，并提出了相应的解决措施。

This paper analyzed some problems existed in the process of land drafting for highway construction, and put forward corresponding measures to solve the problems.
