分析了汽车维修企业面临的巨大变革以及新形势对汽车维修专业技术人才的要求。针对我国汽车维修技术人才现状,提出了通过校企联合培养汽车维修专业人才的方法和措施。

Great reform faced by automobile maintenance enterprises and requirements for trained personnel of automobile maintenance under new circumstances are analyzed. In the point of view of current situation of trained personnel of our automobile maintenance, the method and measures of cultivation of trained personnel of automobile maintenance by combination between universities and enterprises are put forward.
