摘要
探讨了汽车客运站公共关系的内涵,指出汽车客运站公共关系由客运站企业、传播媒介、旅客公众三个要素构成;汽车客运站公共关系经营活动应遵循以事实为基础、以社会效益为依据、以满足公众需求为出发点的原则。
This paper discusses the connotation of bus station public relationship,points out that bus station public relationship is composed of 3 factors:bus station enterprises,mass media and passengers.The business activities of bus station public relationship should obey the principle of taking real fact as base,social benefits as basis and meeting social needs as starting point.
