摘要
分析了创建我国公路交通产业投资基金的可行性,就公路交通产业投资基金的组织模式、交易方式和退出方式等进行了探讨。
The feasibility of establishing investment fund for our road traffic industry is analyzed. The organization model, trade way and withdraw approach of investment fund of road traffic industry are discussed.
