There are the problems being disjointed between sale and service, of high price and poor quality of car upkeep, unreasonable arrangement of maintenance plants, un-standard of sale system in"Chang(Changsha)Zhu(Zhuzhou)Tan(Xiangtan)"area automobile post-sale service market. The problems can be solved by enhancing consumer's self protection consciousness, setting up brand consciousness and developing MDCFS automobile sale model.
