基于图像的面层厚度对沥青混合料集料分布的影响分析

Analysis of Pavement Thickness Influence on Aggregation Distribution of Asphalt Mixture Based on Digital Image Processing

利用图像处理技术,获取沥青混合料芯样拓展图像,在图像中计算沥青胶砂分布,从胶砂厚度的差异分析路面结构层厚度对混合料中粗集料分布的影响,结果表明,较厚结构层中的混合料集料分布更加紧凑。

Using image process technology,this paper gets asphalt mixture core sample expanding image,and gains the asphalt mortar distribution.From the mortar thickness difference,the influence of the pavement structure differences in the thickness on mixture coarse aggregate distribution can be analyzed.The test results show that the aggregation in the thicker layer of the pavement is more compacted.
