摘要
为了控制施工项目的成本,应加强施工项目管理,遵循成本最低化、全面成本控制、动态控制、责权利相结合等原则,采取相应的组织措施、技术措施和经济措施,以有效控制项目成本,使企业获得良好的综合效益。
In order to control the cost of construction projects,it is necessary to strengthen construction project management,to obey the principle of lowest-cost,full cost control,dynamic control,combination of responsibilities,rights and interests,to adopt organization measures,technical measures and economical measures to effectively control project cost,so as to get great benefits for the enterprises.
