摘要
从行业角度出发,指出我国道路客运企业在企业文化建设中存在企业文化两极化、企业文化建设缺乏针对性、品牌意识不强、忽视建设规划以及缺乏行业特色等问题,并据此提出相关对策。
There are problems in our passenger transportation enterprises culture development such as enterprises culture 2-pole phenomenon,lacking direction,lower brand consciousness,neglect-ing plan and lacking self industrial properties.The countermeasures to solve the problem are put forward.
