Preliminary Discussion on Safe Production of Tunnels and Underground Engineering

2008年11月15日杭州地铁施工工地突然发生路面大面积塌陷事故,导致萧山湘湖风情大道75m长路面坍塌,并下陷15m。正在路面行驶的11辆车陷入深坑,多数地铁工地施工人员被困地下,事故共造成21人死亡、19人受伤。结合这次事故,本文分析了造成隧道及地下工程施工安全事故的主要因素,并阐述了确保施工安全的措施。

Collapse accident happened at construction site of Xianghu station of Hangzhou No.1 metro line at 15：20 on November 15,2008.The accident causes a big cavern with 75m length and 15m depth on Xianghu Fengqing highway.Eleven vehicles running on the highway were buried into the cavern.Some workmen working in the site were stranded in underground.The accident causes 21 dead and 19 injured.After the accident,people think how to ensure safe pro-duction of tunnels and underground engineering？ This paper analyzes the main factors causing construction accident of tunnels and underground engineering,and illustrates corresponding coun-termeasures ensuring safe production for tunnels and underground engineering.
