A new idea for H_n^+ cluster ion source

分析了n≥3的H+n团簇形成机理。指出在由小到大合成H+n团簇中,氢原子、分子和离子之间的离子分子反应是形成H+n的唯一途径。

This paper analysed the formation mechanism of H + n cluster( n≥3 ). It pointed out that the only way to form bigger H + n clusters is the ion molecular reaction between hydrogen atom, molecular and hydrogen ions. A new idea for forming H + n cluster with improved RF ion source has been prensented.
