摘要
保(定)阜(平)高速公路韩家庄隧道因围岩中含蒙脱石等粘性矿物质,遇水软化膨胀造成已施工完毕的初期支护严重变形,侵入二次衬砌。为保证隧道施工的质量及安全,采用工字钢临时支撑加固原有初期支护,小导管注水泥-水玻璃浆固结围岩,然后拆除原初期支护。该方案对类似工程有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
There are cohesive minerals in surrounding rocks of Hanjiazhuang tunnel on Baoding to Fuping expressway. The preliminary lining of the tunnel is seriously deformed caused by the expansion of the rock and intrudes into the outline limit of the second lining. In order to ensure construction quality and safety, I-type steel is used to strengthen preliminary lining, small pipe grouting with cement-glass water slurry is adopted to strengthen surrounding rock, and finally the preliminary lining is exchanged. All the work can be a good reference to similar projects.
