基于ANSYS的设缝沥青路面结构力学行为研究

摘要 道路穿越存在差异沉降的煤矿采动区,路面结构产生附加应力,其值可能超过道路允许应力使路面结构破坏,而通过在路面结构中设置横向和纵向变形缝,吸收变形能提高沥青路面抗变形能力。文中基于ANSYS技术建立了路面结构与地基相互作用的有限元模型,分析路面结构在地基差异沉降时的受力性能。结果表明:地表正负曲率变形时,设缝路面基层差异沉降、面层和基层底部最大水平附加应力较不设缝路面均有显著减小。分析结论为设缝路面结构设计提供了理论支持。 Due to underground mining, subgrade of highway in subsidence area has different settlement,which leads to additional stresses to pavement structure. When the additional stresses are larger than the strength of pavement structure, damage occurs. Pavement structure with deformation joints has low damage property than that without joints. Based on ANSYS a FEM model on interaction of pavement structure with joints and subgrade is established and pavement structure mechanical response to different settlement is analyzed. Calculating additional stress due to different settlement is presented. With this expression,parameters sensitivity is analyzed. It is found that pavement width,different settlement magnitude and pavement base thickness are the main control factor in design. Anti -deformation capacity of pavement structure with joints and joints are obtained. Some suggestions of reasonable width of joints and designing asphalt pavement structure with joints are presented based on these conclusions.
