摘要
采用振动成型法设计水泥稳定碎石级配,能准确模拟现场碾压方式。通过实体工程的应用,介绍了振动成型水泥稳定碎石的施工工艺。检测结果表明,振动成型法设计的水泥稳定碎石无侧限抗压强度与现场芯样结果基本吻合,并有效消除了收缩裂缝。
Using vibration molding method to design the cement stabilized crushed stone can accurately simulate the scene rolling.Through the entity works application the vibration molding construction process of cement stabilized crushed stone is analyzed.Test results show that unconfined compressive strength and field core samples of cement stabilized crushed stone using vibration molding were generally consistent,and effectively eliminate the shrinkage cracks.
