摘要
依托上海某新建桥梁工程,对交通建设项目风险管理全委托模式的定义、实施及优势等进行了探讨。
Combining with the practice of a bridge construction in Shanghai,the definition,implement and superiority of full entrust mode of risk management of highway construction projects are discussed.
