摘要
从介绍残疾人定义和我国残疾人现状入手,分析了残疾人驾驶机动车的社会环境,提出了保障残疾人驾驶机动车权利的相关措施。
From the introduction of the definition of handicapped people and the current situation of handicapped people in our country, the social environment of handicapped people to drive ears is analyzed, and some measures to ensure handicapped people＇s rights to drive cars are put forward.
