大学生志愿者服务活动中存在的问题及对策

目前,大学生志愿者服务活动存在着实效性不强、缺乏保障机制、参与者积极性下降等问题,这主要是因为活动形式简单,缺少教育内涵,活动中忽视激励措施的运用。为完善大学生志愿者活动,应当建立健全大学生志愿者的招募、培训和管理机制,建立有效的激励机制,并提供资金保障。

At present, there are problems such as low actual effect, lack of ensure system and volunteer＇s enthusiasm falling. The main reason of the problem is simple type of activity, lack of inculcation connotation and neglecting stimulation measures. In order to improve the activity of u- niversity student volunteer, it is necessary to set up the system of enlisting, training and manage- ment for volunteers, to establish effective stimulating system, and support financial guarantee.
