The Multi-Photon Contamination in the Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting

从推导光子时间概率密度分布函数出发 ,研究了时间关联单光子计数法测量荧光寿命中 ,多光子修正函数的特征及其对测量误差的影响 ,并给出了定量关系式。

The probability density function of time for photons is calculated.The charateris- tics of multi- photon correction function and its influence on the fluorescence lifetime mea- sured by time- correlated single photon counting method are studied.The quantitative rela- tion between multi- photon contamination and measurement errors is presented.
