复发性口腔溃疡患者外周血活化淋巴细胞的表达研究

Analysis of peripheral lymphocyte subsets in patients with recurrent oral ulcers

目的探讨复发性口腔溃疡（ROU）患者外周血淋巴细胞的活化状态及意义.方法采用流式细胞术检测68例反复发作的口腔溃疡患者（观察组）和25例体检健康者（对照组）外周血活化淋巴细胞状态.结果观察组 NK 细胞表达的 CD16＋、CD56＋以及 T 细胞表达的 CD4＋、CD69＋和 CD8＋、CD69＋百分率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）,而 B 细胞表达的 CD19＋、CD69＋的表达阳性率与对照组比差异无统计学意义（P 〉0.05）.结论采用流式细胞术检测外周血活化淋巴细胞亚群,可作为 ROU 患者临床免疫诊断的指标,具有一定的临床价值.

Objective To analyze the subsets of peripheral lymphocytes in patients with recurrent oral ulcer （ROU）. Methods Peripheral lymphocyte subsets were analyzed in 68 cases of ROU and 25 healthy subjects with flow cytometry （FCM）. Results The percentages of CD56＋CD69＋,CD4＋CD69＋ and CD8＋CD69＋ T-lymphocytes in ROU patients were （3.70±2.43）%, （2.03±1.36）% and （3.28±1.93）%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in controls （P〈0.01）. Conclusion There is excessive activation of T-lymphocytes and NK cel s in patients with recurrent oral ulcers, which may be associated with immune dysfunction in the patients
