Rosai—Dorfman病1例报道附文献复习

摘要 Rosai—Dorfman病（RDD）是一种原因不明、少见的良性组织细胞增生性疾病，主要特征是窦组织细胞增生伴淋巴结肿大，以及组织细胞胞质内有完整淋巴细胞的现象I】I。故又称窦性组织细胞增生伴巨大淋巴结病（sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy，SHML）。
