曲美他嗪对不稳定性心绞痛患者N端脑钠肽前体升高的干预研究

摘要 目的通过观察曲美他嗪对不稳定性心绞痛患者血浆N端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)浓度的影响,从而判断其疗效。方法112例不稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组54例及曲美他嗪组58例,均于入院即刻,入院后1、3、7及10d抽取静脉血,测量血浆中NT-proBNP浓度。结果对照组血浆NT-proBNP浓度于入院1d后达高峰[(98647±768.38)ng/L],曲美他嗪组入院即刻其血浆中NT-proBNP浓度与对照组差异无统计学意义(P〉005);但经曲美他嗪治疗1、3、7及10d后血浆NT-proBNP浓度[(57239±541.43)、(54645±513.39)、(459564-42817)、(402.15±381.57)ng/L]均较对照组明显为低,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈005)。结论不稳定性心绞痛患者血浆中NT-proBNP浓度升高;曲美他嗪对不稳定性心绞痛有良好的疗效,表现为患者NT-proBNP浓度的下降。 Objective To investigate the effect of trimetazidine on serum NT-proBNP levels in patients with unstableangina. Methods One hundred and twelve patients with unstable angina (UA) were randomly divided into trimetazidine group (n=58) and control group (n=54). The fast blood samples were obtained at d0, d1, d3, d7 and d10 and the serum NT-proBNP levels were measured. Results There was no significant difference in serum NT-proBNP levels between two groups at dO. Serum NT-proBNP levels in trimetazidine group were significantly lower than those in contro group at d1, d3, d7 and dl0 re- spectively (all P〈0.05). Conclusion The patients with unstable angina show a higher serum NT-proBNP levels, which can be reduced by effective trimetazidine treatment.
